FYI: Black Friday is the Friday after Thanksgiving in the US, where it is the beginning of the traditional Christmas shopping season. Since Thanksgiving falls on the 4th Thursday in November in the US, Black Friday may be as early as the 23rd and as late as the 29th of November. Black Friday is not an official holiday, but many employers give the day off, increasing the number of potential shoppers. Retailers often decorate for the Christmas season weeks beforehand. Many retailers open very early (typically 5 am or earlier) and offer doorbuster deals and loss leaders to draw people to their stores.

Lindsay Lohan Doesn’t Need PlayBoy

Former child star, Lindsay Lohan turned down a whopping $700,000 offer from Playboy Magazine. If she agree on the said deal, she will to do an 8 page spread for the 55th anniversary issue of the said magazine this January 2009. Her reason, Lindsay doesn’t want to do an another sexy photoshoot.

Lindsay Lohan said, “If there’s nud1ty, then the answer’s no . . . She’s not going down the [New York] magazine road again.”

According to the New York Post, Playboy Magazine’s creative consultant Hal Lifson hoped to have Lindsay Lohan do a tribute to 1960’s star Ann-Margret and her film “Kitten With a Wh1p”.
