My friend is asking me what’s the best slimming method that I can recommend to her. I answer it depends on a person, some would recommend 7-dfbx to be a fast weight loss method but of course not all people would get the same result.
I recommend her to try a brand that I already tried and if it fails, then she should move on to the next one. It’s like a trial and error.

Waiting For Cyber Monday?
I am so excited to Cyber Monday, and I am sure everyone of us, are excited too. Of course this is the day that we can find all of those exciting deals and discounts of our favorite items. Yay!!
I think I will need to buy some new accessories for my 32GB iPod Touch (2nd Generation) and I think this is the best day to do that. You? what are you planning to buy on that day?
